This page explains, in simple terms, how payments work in Cartevo and which mobile Money options are available in each country. No technical knowledge is required.

How it works

  • Choose your country and currency.
  • Enter the mobile number that will be charged (use the country prefix shown).
  • Pick your mobile money operator (e.g., MTN, Orange, Moov).
  • Review the amount and confirm.
  • If your operator asks for an OTP or a short USSD step, follow the on‑screen instructions to complete the payment. Some operators complete automatically without any extra step.
Notes:
  • “OTP required” means the operator may ask you to approve the payment using a one‑time code or a USSD confirmation.
  • If a USSD hint is shown, dial it from the phone number you used during checkout and follow the prompts.
  • Local taxes may apply and are reflected in the total. Estimated tax rates per country are listed below for transparency.

The table below summarizes the options available. If an operator shows “No,” payments usually complete automatically without extra steps. If “Yes,” you may be asked to approve with OTP or USSD. Tip: If an OTP is requested but you don’t see a code, check SMS on the charged number or follow the USSD hint (if available), then return to the app to finish the payment.
